An equivalent trademark is found in the Cuban Trademark Office, and the Domain Applicant is: o The same as the trademark holder, or o Licensed by the trademark holder to apply for the domain (a document proving this will be required).

Company or legal entities registrations allowed for Cuba .cu? - Yes.
