Conditions for domain names

Domain names can only be registered to proper owners of Trademarks. Thus, to obtain .UA domain name you must have either:
- a WIPO trademark valid in Ukraine (abbreviation "UA" must be in the field 832 DESIGNATIONS)

- an Ukrainian trademark

- Agreement on transfer of trademark ownership authority (if the registrant is not a certificate owner).
